Gabriel Datcu and Brian Morand, of The Habitat Company Brokerage Division, are offering a free plasma TV and a $2,000 credit toward closing costs on the three remaining units at Maplewood Condominiums, a 12-unit rehab project at 5700 N Maplewood Ave.
Datcu and Morand have the remaining one- and two-bedroom condos priced from the $130s to the $180s.
