Five of the eight two-to-three-bed / two-bath units at 2734 – 2736 W Belmont Ave are still for sale, says Realtor Lidia Danciu of Coldwell Banker. The price reduction has already been figured into the prices listed on the development’s Web site, with points now ranging from the $270s to $350s.
The drop is only temporary, according to the site, but we’ll see if prices really do go back up after the advertised deadline of Feb. 29.
Parking, once available at additional cost, is now included with all units. Homeowners on the fourth floor get a spot in a heated garage; buyers on the first three levels get an outdoor space. People will also get a year of monthly housecleaning service at no additional cost, according to the site.
