Looking at floor plans for the 600-square-foot one-bedroom homes, we wondered if there would be room for a plasma TV in one of these. With just $500 down and payments of $750 per month for, um, a long time, you can buy a quaint little home in this little community, according to RDM’s estimate.
And you’re close enough to O’Hare that you can run your fingers along the nearest flight path as you gaze at the lights of landing planes on romantic summer nights. The Terrace also is located near Busse Woods, a.k.a. the Ned Brown Forest Preserve, and development amenities include a pool, a fitness center and several “Smart Card” laundry facilities.
