Is a name in a hat a worthwhile incentive for leasing a Loop apartment? Draper and Kramer thinks so. The first big promotion for D&K’s 200 Squared high-rise at 210 N Wells St involves giving a Smart car to one of the building’s first 200 leaseholders.
Smart’s base-model Pure Coupe starts at $11,990. That amount translates to:
- Seven to eight months of rent on a studio with 584 to 629 square feet
- Five to seven months of rent on a convertible with 652 to 958 square feet
- Four to six months of rent on a one-bedroom with 784 to 1,086 square feet
- Three to four months of rent on a two-bedroom with 1,326 square feet
