It seems like Lennar‘s big promotions never apply to their Chicago properties, but we’ve tipped off readers about these programs in the past, so I suppose it’s worth letting you know about the latest, especially if you’re open to buying a home in the ‘burbs.

According to Lennar’s Web site, buyers who sign for homes in 13 different Chicago-area developments between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 1, or noon to 6 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 2, will get a 5.75-percent fixed-rate mortgage through Lennar’s preferred lender and will pay no closing costs on the homes.

The offer applies to the following developments:

  • Arlington Reserve: Two- and three-bedroom townhouses in Arlington Heights, priced from the $350s to the $400s
  • Bridgeview Place Mews: Two- and three-bedroom townhouses in Bridgeview, priced in the $240s
  • Bridgeview Place Villas: Two-bedroom townhouses in Bridgeview, priced from the $190s to the $210s
  • Kerry Ridge: Two- and three-bedroom townhouses in Chicago Heights, priced from the $250s to the $280s
  • Concord Commons: Two- and three-bedroom townhouses in Des Plaines, priced from the $310s to the $360s
  • Talamore: Four- and five-bedroom single-family homes in Huntley (seen above), priced from the $340s to the $370s
  • Greywall Club: Two-bedroom duplexes in Joliet, priced from the $160s to the $170s
  • Singer Landing: Two- and three-bedroom townhouses in Lemont, priced from the $270s to the $280s
  • Trafalgar Woods Townhomes: Two- and three-bedroom townhouses in Morton Grove, priced in the $360s
  • Orland Park Crossing: Two- and three-bedroom townhouses in Orland Park, priced from the $310s to the $330s
  • Creekside Crossing: Two- and three-bedroom duplexes in Plainfield, priced from the $210s to the $220s
  • Morgan’s Gate: Four-bedroom single-family homes in Wood Dale, priced in the $550s
