CA Development, developer of The Residences of Irving Park, is selling its single-family model home at 4000 N Kolmar Ave for $699,900. The Greenwood model, normally priced in the $670s, comes with more than $100,000 in custom upgrades, including fully furnished rooms.
The four-bedroom / 3.5-bath home has 3,080 square feet of living area and a detached two-car garage with roof deck.
Three other homes – two four-bedroom / 3.5-bath houses and a five-bedroom / 3.5 bath house – are available at prices from the $670s to the $790s and will be ready for delivery this spring.
As an added incentive for all homes, CA Development will cover six months of payments on a buyer’s new mortgage through the builder’s preferred lender.
