Earlier this month, I met up with Tom Pope and Paul Alessandro of Hartshorne Plunkard Architecture to chat about three new condo high-rises from a design perspective. The first building we visited was Superior 110, JFJ Development‘s 26-story tower at 110 W Superior St in River North. Tom, who took the lead on this project during its design phases, talked to me about some of the building’s key architectural features.
