A site in River North formerly occupied by Ronsley, and once one of the most sought-after development opportunities in the area, is taking another trip through the foreclosure process, according to a report from Crain’s.
The site, which includes a 5-story loft building (pictured above) at the southwest corner of Kingsbury and Huron and a parcel of vacant land at the northeast corner of Erie and Kingsbury (arrow, below), has been the subject of many YoChicago posts as Park Kingsbury Lofts.
In May of 2009, the developers were forecasting occupancy for units by year’s end. We featured the project at the time as our Dustbunny of the day and, a few days later, linked to a Crain’s report on a previous foreclosure.
