We spotted nine new developments on the South Side this month – projects that either just hit the market, or that we just discovered. Prices range from the $160s to more than $370,000. Condos, in both new-construction projects and conversions, dominate, but we also added one townhouse project to our list.

1410 W 69th St: single-family home with four bedrooms and 3.5 baths, priced at $279,900
Landings of Chicago, 4259 S Cicero Ave: 135 condos with one to two bedrooms and one to two baths, from the $180s to $310s
Arbor Park Townhomes, 2505 E 95th St: units with three bedrooms, from the $260s to the $310s
