During my visit to Irving Park yesterday, I found plenty of mid-size new-construction developments, but I also came across plenty of renovation projects that have been converted from rental apartments. Except for the final one at 4319 N Richmond Ave, which is new-construction, most of the developments in this list are gut-rehabs, and most of them are located on quiet neighborhood streets.
It is possible to find a two-bedroom condo for less than $200,000 in Irving Park, but the majority of these are priced from the low and mid-$200s to the low $300s.
