Bedroom count determines standard finishing packages at Six North Michigan

Buyers still have the option of customizing their homes at Six North Michigan, but if they decide to go with the developer’s standard finishes, the look of their homes will depend largely on the floor plans they choose. The most obvious examples are the homes’ kitchen finishes; the Scavolini “City Happening” cabinets in one-bedrooms have a modern look (above), while the Scavolini “Home Happening” package used in three-bedrooms is a more traditional stained wood affair (below). Could this have something to do with the ages and tastes of target buyers for each tier?

According to a price sheet from the Six North Michigan sales center, one-bedrooms with 891 to 1,442 square feet currently range from the $320s to $740s. Two-bedrooms with 1,293 to 1,821 square feet run from the $560s to $850s, and three-bedrooms with 1,976 to 3,305 square feet are priced from $1.25 million to almost $2.1 million. Upper-level penthouses are also available from $1.64 to $5.49 million.
