If there’s one new-construction building going up in Lake View that’s worth paying attention to, it just may be Domus Group‘s 3255 North Paulina, a building that appears small in scale but long on style. Information so far is slim, but the building will have nine two-bedroom condos with 1,650 to 1,900 square feet and private balconies, and the floor plan shows that top-floor units will have a lofted area above the living room. Prices range from the $570s to the $710s. All other things being equal, do yo’all think contemporary design will ever catch on in larger-scale new-construction projects in Lake View (we’re looking at you, HarborView)?
