Dennis Rodkin reports that just 11 condos are still for sale at SoNo, 860 W Blackhawk St, ranging from a 756 square-foot one-bedroom on the tower’s second floor, priced in the $250s, to a 1,416 square-foot two-bedroom on the fourth floor, priced in the $400s. Parking spaces are available from $9,000 to $21,000, down from an original price of $30,000.

Will a sellout here finally end the moans and groans about Cabrini Green and blocked views, or the overly glowing boosterism from commenters who sound suspiciously like Realtors and marketers? Let’s hope.
