Echelon, a luxury tower across the street from Jewel in the Fulton River District, is offering a rent credit when you apply within 24 hours of your first visit. OneEleven, the new riverfront apartment tower at 111 W Wacker, has several studio apartments slated to become available for July and August occupancy, starting at just under $2,000 a month.

The LEX, 2138 S Indiana, has a 1-bedroom with a den and private terrace available for immediate occupancy for $1,976.
