Downtown Chicago apartment deals and finds, 7/17/15

The new Gateway West Loop has opened its on-site leasing center at 11 S Green St and has a furnished model available for viewing. Gateway West Loop has a “Priced Right” approach to rents that “allows our clients to know they will receive consistent pricing and a renewal next year that is true to their monthly payment.”

Gateway West Loop apartments have a high-level of finishes, in-unit washer / dryers and private outdoor space. Floor plans for the studio, convertible, one- and two-bedroom, two-bath apartments are online, along with near real-time rents and availability dates.

Jeff Jack, a new West Loop apartment tower at 601 W Jackson, has leased all of its studio, convertible, 1-bedroom and penthouse apartments, and is offering a month’s free rent on select 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartments. Only a few apartments remain at JeffJack.

Circa 922 has a 1,694 square foot 3-bedroom, 2-bath penthouse available for immediate occupancy at $5,895 a month. The West Loop home has a balcony off the large, open plan living area and another off the master suite.

Echelon, a luxury tower across the street from Jewel in the Fulton River District, is offering a rent credit when you apply within 24 hours of your first visit. The credit: $450 for studio and 1-bedroom apartments and $750 for 2-bedrooms. Near real-time rent and availability info is online.

Burnham Pointe, 730 S Clark St, has immediate occupancy on 1-bedrooms starting at $2,053. A 2-bedroom, 2-bath with a spacious wraparound balcony is available at $3,230.

If you’re headed in from the suburbs this weekend to search for an in-town apartment, ride the Chicago Water Taxi from Metra’s Ogilvie Transportation Center to the LaSalle St stop and head for OneEleven, the new riverfront apartment tower at 111 W Wacker. Studio apartments are slated to become available for $2,084 to $2,722 a month.

Floor plans and near real-time availability info for studio to 3-bedroom apartments can be accessed online. Leasing office staff can be contacted at 773-527-7347. Walk-ins are welcome, no appointment necessary, but it’s a good idea to check rent and availability online or by phone before visiting.

The LEX, 2138 S Indiana, has only a single loft unit available, a 1-bedroom for September occupancy at $1,725 a month. Tower 1-bedrooms start at $1,795 and 2-bedroom, 2-baths at $2,453.

Park Michigan, 1212 S Michigan, is always one of the South Loop‘s most affordable buildings. Available studios start at $1,679 a month. 1-bedrooms at $1,793 and 2-bedroom, 2-baths at $2,711.

Astoria Tower, 8 E 9th St in the South Loop is almost fully occupied. A 1-bedroom will be available July 28 for $2,025. One 2-bedroom, 2-bath is available now at $3,030 a month and additional units will become available in mid- to late-August.
