Dubin breaks ground on Kilbourn Court

Dubin Residential has started construction on Kilbourn Court, a new development of 116 townhouses in Kilbourn Park, on the Northwest Side. The development is about 40 percent sold, with first deliveries expected this summer.
“The fact that we’ve reached this stage in a little more than eight months indicates we’re filling a genuine need for new construction homes in Kilbourn Park,” said Mike Kelehan, Dubin’s director of sales and marketing.

The project, at 4500 W. Belmont, features seven three-story floor plans with two or three bedrooms, two or three baths, balconies and attached two-car garages. Prices range from the $280s to the $340s.

Architects Hartshorne & Plunkard designed Kilbourn Court, which comprises three U-shaped buildings of 32 townhouses each and two smaller rows totaling 20 townhouses. Many of the homes will face a private courtyard, with garages hidden along private interior drives.

The homes have decks off the kitchens, third-floor balconies, hardwood floors in living areas, oak kitchen cabinets and Whirlpool appliances.
