So many units have gone off the board, in fact, that Belgravia is readying two new model units to replace ones that have gone under contract. The models will be units #512, a 929 square-foot, one-bedroom loft (at right) listed in the $300s, and #1408, a 1,104 square-foot, two-bedroom two-bath condo priced in the $340s. Both units come with free garage parking.
Prices at 565 Quincy, 565 W Quincy St in the West Loop, currently start in the $150s for junior one-bedrooms, the $250s for one-bedroom / one-baths with indoor parking included, and the $320s for two-bedroom / two-baths with indoor parking included.

is #1408 really a 1,325 square-foot unit?
yoho:
It’s 1,104 square feet for the 08 condo tier. Belgravia accidentally sent along the size for the 08 loft tier, which is 1,325. The post has been fixed.
yoho,
The square footage numbers would most likely have come from the architects, using standard measurements which go to the footprint of the unit, i.e. to the exterior surface of the walls.
You might quibble with that standard, but at least it enables comparable unit-to-unit measurements if applied consistently.
