Prices between the $350s and $390s include parking, and buyers have the option of purchasing a private rooftop deck, a trend we also spotted at Kedzie Square. At Kedzie, 10-foot by 16-foot plots of roof space were priced just shy of $10,000. At Edgebrook Point, rooftop decks have the same square footage as the condos — 1,389 to 1,594 square feet — and cost between $27,000 and $35,000. Is that too great a price to pay for the view from a four-story building in Edgebrook?
