Even though the Yo is focused mostly on new development, we can’t resist ogling a historic house or two. If you’ve got the same weakness, the Edgewater Historical Society is holding an Edgewater Home Tour from noon to 4 pm, Sunday, Sept 16. The roughly mile-long tour starts at the Historical Society, at 5358 N Ashland Ave, and covers homes on Farragut, Berwyn and Ashland avenues, and Paulina Street. Refreshments will be served at the last stop. A $20 donation is suggested.
