One of the many new construction developments in Fresh Horizon Realty‘s portfolio of new and newly rehabbed condos and single-families is the 12-unit building at 22 S Western Ave on the Near West Side. This morning, Fresh Horizon held a broker open house at 22 South Western to show off the eight 1,250 square-foot two-bedrooms for sale from the $220s to $240s.
Like all of Fresh Horizon’s properties, these homes qualify for special financing packages like 30-year fixed-rate mortgages with 3.99 to 4.24 percent interest rates with 20- or 10-percent down payments, respectively, or adjustable-rate mortgages with 2.99- to 4.41-percent interest rates with 5- to 10-percent down payments, all available with no PMI. According to a price sheet I picked up at the open house, those plans should put total monthly payments on these condos (including assessments) anywhere from $1,236 to $1,467 a month.
All of the homes in the four-story elevator building feature central air and heat, in-unit washer / dryer, stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, hardwood floors, crown molding and wood trim, gas fireplaces, and garage parking.
