Roughly four years after construction wrapped up on Skybridge, eight of the West Loop tower’s 237 units are still available, according to Martha Klein of Koenig & Strey‘s Klein / Vitello Team, which is marketing the development exclusively.
Designed by architect Ralph Johnson of Perkins & Will, the building garnered several honors upon completion in 2003, among them a Bronze Emporis Skyscraper Award and the American Institute of Architects’ Most Distinguished Building.
The 39-story building reaches a height of 421 feet and is Chicago’s tallest building west of I-90/94.
Prices on new units at Skybridge range from the $400s to $1.37 million, though you can also find resales in the mid-$300s.
