If there’s one thing that Stonegate Development‘s Silver Tower has going for it, it’s the view. The 40-story high-rise is located on the western edge of River North at 303 W Ohio St, several blocks from any other tall buildings that might block the view.
@properties agent Jason Pohlonski took us out on the south-facing roof deck that’s attached to one of the top-floor penthouses. (Sorry, it’s been sold already). From there, you have a nice view of the Merchandise Mart, the river and the Loop, and in the second part of the video we moved to another roof deck on the north side of the building, from which you can see even farther.
