I mentioned yesterday that two of Enterprise Companies‘ Museum Park high-rises would begin closings next month. Karen Juneau, director of marketing for Enterprise, contacted me today with more details on the process.
One Museum Park will conduct 85 closings in April, 35 in May and 15 per month through June, July and August. Closings will continue (about 25 per month) through fall 2008, at which point Juneau expects the building to be completel closed out.
A bit south of that tower, 1400 Museum Park will blitz through 65 closings in April, 35 in May and 20 per month through June, July and August. About 30 closings are planned per month through fall 2008.
