The recently-completed and not yet fully-leased 175-unit apartment building at 1717 Ridge in Evanston has been sold for $70 million, according to Crain’s Chicago Real Estate Daily.

Crain’s notes that the $400K per unit selling price “is likely the highest … ever paid for a suburban Chicago apartment property.”
