Everyone's doing the real estate shuffle!

“Musical Chairs” was the name of the game this week. For all of you industry trainspotters out there, here are a couple news nuggets about the latest comings and goings in the broker world.

On Friday Coldwell Banker confirmed that Chuck had signed on as a vice president is now managing the 220-agent Lincoln Park Plaza office.

The day after my latest Lexington Park Condominiums update, I learned that our primary contact for the development, Britta Rivera, had also taken a new post — she’s now the director of sales for Weichert, Realtors – Frankel & Giles. Britta had overseen the marketing of Lexington Park as a vice president of sales for Chieftain Group. Before that she was a veep at Lennar Urban and Terrapin Properties.
