Explaining Magellan's RentBUY program

Everywhere we go these days, we run into new rent-to-own offers. One program that isn’t new, but which we haven’t covered until now, is Magellan Development‘s RentBUY program, which gives renters at Aqua, The Tides, or The Shoreham the opportunity to credit their monthly rent payments toward the price of a condominium at Lakeshore East (including the new units at Aqua and the Parkhomes at Lakeshore East). I asked NNP Residential Marketing Manager Deanna Bennett to briefly explain how the program works.
