Fifty-eight years in a Lake Shore Drive high-rise

I stopped for a brief visit at Planned Property‘s resident appreciation party – the “luau on the lake.”

The highlight of my visit was meeting Leslie, a woman who moved into 3130 N Lake Shore Dr before it was completed and has lived there ever since – a 58-year tenure in the same apartment. Leslie seems to have a wide circle of friends in the building and is known informally as “the mayor of 3130.”
