Many buyers, including younger ones, want to be closer to the rooms they use most, according to Leigh Nevers, of Concord. But distance from the other bedrooms, especially for families with older children, has its appeal too, Nevers says.
Concord Village, located at Old Rand Road and Route 22, has 43 homes with three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and two-car garages, priced from the $410s.
