Mac Apartments stripped the residential floors to the floor plate and the exterior and corridor walls, and completely reworked the apartments with the assistance of Studio Gang. The result is likely to be some of the most stylish apartments in Hyde Park.
The Del Prado, built in 1918, is one of a group of distinctive buildings that mark the gateway from Lake Shore Drive into Hyde Park. The buildings comprise a National Register of Historic Places district.
