Condo buyers at Sawyer Plaza in Irving Park are scheduled to move in on August 1, according to Donna Agnew, the Coldwell Banker sales agent who is marketing the project.
Three of the building’s 24 units have sold so far, and Agnew says the units have been on the market since March.
The development, located at 4345 N Sawyer Ave, has 18 one- and two-bedroom condos with one to two baths, and six two- and three-bedroom duplexes with one to three baths.
The units feature stainless steel appliances, granite counters, maple cabinets, whirlpool tubs, marble baths, hardwood floors and in-unit washers and dryers.
Prices at Sawyer Plaza start in the $180s.
