Logan Station, a 10-building condo development in Logan Square, has sold out its first phase of 28 units, according to Kevin Dembinsky, the Second City Realty sales agent who is marketing the project.
The Paramount Homes development, at 2507 N Milwaukee Ave, stretches along Milwaukee Avenue and Willetts Court from Logan Boulevard to Sacramento Avenue. The buildings on Milwaukee Avenue will have six units each, and the buildings on Willetts Court will have eight each.
Condos will have two and three bedrooms. Finishes include GE Profile stainless steel appliances, granite counters, hardwood floors and stone baths.
Phase two of the project, composed of 24 units, will be completed by the end of the year, Dembinsky says. Those units are about 30 percent sold. A third phase is slated for completion in mid-2008.
Dembinsky says the development will have approximately 60 units when finished, depending on zoning for phase three. The development includes several live / work units and retail spaces, which front Milwaukee Avenue.
Prices at Logan Station range from the $230s to the $450s. A sales center and model unit are located on site.
