The C-tier condos (PDF) at 433 Briar in Lake View are two-bedroom / 2.5-bath residences with 1,600 square feet. The plan features a wrap-around kitchen, separate dining and living rooms, two bedroom suites with walk-in closets, and access to the building’s passenger and freight elevators immediately outside the home’s two entrances.
In years past these units were marketed from the $420s to $670s. Right now, they’re available from the $330s to $400s. Three-bedrooms in the building are priced from the $530s to $590s.

Love the units in this building, the Three Bedroom units are pure floor plan porn. Only thing that bugs me is the sloppy Forced Air HVAC installation
Does anyone know whether this building has parking?
Raja,
There is no parking on site. The original developer secured parking at a building across the street. Several buyers secured those spots. The new marketing brokerage and developer do not suggest they have any parking available off site for purchase.
But who cares? The units and location are gorgeous! Ha, there still may be spots for sale in the mid-rise across the way that can be bought independently.
The new prices look to be moving these units. It’s an art deco type boutique building…rare elevator building on a true “side street” for this price level. Most elevator buildings are zoned for Halsted, Belmont etc…
The builder does have a limited selection of parking spaces available across the street for the larger A units only. There will be a lending issue there though unless you go through their preferred lender-North Community Bank. I am under contract with a client on 10C in this building. Huge floor plans. Nice finishes. Four under contract in four weeks. Not bad. I got my client in ‘pre-sale/pre-market/pre-builder ownership’
