It’s Nutcracker time for the Joffrey Ballet, which seems like as good of an excuse as any to check in on availability at the company’s base of operations, the Joffrey Tower at 8 E Randolph St in the Loop.
@properties is still marketing one- and two-bedroom condos at the tower, and the broker’s facing some competition in the form of four two-bedroom resales. Three of those resales are also listed on the MLS as rentals, along with three other condos that are currently listed for lease but not for sale.
