Developer See Wong has proposed an ambitious three-phase development on a site at the edge of Chicago’s Chinatown bordered by an elevated section of the Dan Ryan Expressway and the Orange Line tracks.
The first phase of the development would include retail and a 100+ unit condo building targeted for condo investors who would rent to students. Phase II and III contemplate a hotel, retail stores and a high-rise condo tower.
