Ranquist Development has announced plans to build 48 single-family homes at Addison and Milwaukee in Old Irving Park.
Buyers at Basecamp Old Irving Park can select from two plans: one with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and the other with 5 bedrooms, 3 baths. All homes will have detached 2- or 3-car garages and private yards. Pre-completion prices are slated to begin at $479K.
The homes’ interiors will have a clean, contemporary aesthetic and flexible floor plans similar to the ones at Ranquist’s Basecamp River North, which sold out well before completion.
The model, at 455 W Hobbie in the Basecamp River North development, is open Monday, Thursday and Friday from noon to 5 and Saturday and Sunday from 10 to 6, or by appointment.
