Yo searched the 2004 and 2005 disciplinary proceedings of the Illinois Real Estate Administration and Disciplinary Board — and didn’t find a single instance of a rental service being disciplined for false and misleading advertising.
Why doesn’t the State of Illinois take action against rental service lying? Why oh why oh why?
