Friday, Friday is why-oh-why-oh-why day

Why can’t a bird eat an elephant? Why oh why oh why?

Chicago’s Planning Commission has signed off on a 245-unit development for an 8-acre site at 2500 W. Roosevelt Road.

The developers, MCL Companies and Brownstone Companies, expect to begin sales in early April for the as-yet-unnamed project, which will include single-family homes, duplexes, and 3- and 6-flat condos. Prices will range from the mid 2s to the high 5s.

Why would a big-name developer build big in a no-name neighborhood? Why oh why oh why?

Because, because, because, because.
Goodbye, goodbye, goodbye.

Sorry, Woody.
