Fulton Lounge, 955 W. Fulton St. (312-942-9500), in the emerging Fulton Market District, is hosting a New Year’s Eve party featuring hors d’oeuvres, party favors and an open bar of premium liquors from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m. Tickets are $95 per person and must be purchased in advance by calling Fulton Lounge. Only 200 people get in the door so you are guaranteed not to be slammed in like sardines.
