A furnished model was unveiled earlier this week at The Sangamon Street Condomiums, 100 – 110 S Sangamon St in the West Loop, so I met with Century 21 SGR agent Jim Lynch early this morning to have a look at one of the three-bedroom homes. This 1,770 square-foot three-bedroom / two-bath is locate on the second floor of the building at 106 S Sangamon St, and it’s priced in the $560s.
The development is being built across the street from the future site of Adams Park, which is scheduled to be constructed over the next year. Campus Construction is the builder, and Lynch says they pour cement between the walls and floors to reduce noise.
According to Lynch, the four-bedroom duplexes are priced at about $250 per square foot, and the single-floor homes have a price per square foot of about $288. As I wrote in my last post about this development, prices range from the $560s to $1.39 million. Fourteen of the 19 homes in the three buildings are currently under contract.
