This has been an eventful week in Chicago real estate. The Chicago Plan Commission approved the Wolf Point development. A new student housing high-rise was announced for River North, and two office buildings in the Loop are being converted to student housing. A number of sources announced 2012 sales and foreclosure figures. And there was much more news.

We didn’t write about any of that, because other sources have, and we’ve linked to their stories on our Chicago Real Estate News page.

Several times a day we scan feeds from 100s of local, regional and national news sources and blogs and tag dozens of items for inclusion in various categories on our news page. We think it’s a great way to stay informed and see a variety of differing opinions on what’s happening in Chicago real estate and the trends that affect it.
