After our chat at a Northfield open house, design-build honcho Geno Benvenuti mentioned that he was seeing a trend away from granite countertops among his North Shore clients.

Granite is apparently still sought after by some. I recently had to postpone a video at a newer home in Kenilworth since the granite countertops had been stolen from the kitchen and were pending replacement.
