The forecast is again calling for whiteout conditions and a wind chills of 30 below zero, but it’s never too cold for free wine and hors d’oeuvres, right? That’s what Prudential Preferred Properties agent Sarah Linn is hoping at least, because she’s hosting a grand opening party from 4 to 7 p.m. this evening 1541 N Bosworth Ave in Wicker Park.

Tonight’s event will take place in unit #201, a two-bedroom / 2.5-bath condo priced in the $420s. According to the MLS listing, the unit is “[t]astefully outfitted with high end finishes to impress your cleverest, most creative clients.” The finishes listed include Bosch, Dacor, La Toscana, and Grohe.

According to Linn, BaderHaus and Stronghold have partnered up to develop the building, which was designed by Hanna Architects and consists of three split-level homes.

“At the grand opening tonight, the kitchen designer, MetricHome, is going to be there,” Linn says, and they’ll be “showing off some of the accessories that go with the kitchen like custom-made stools and things like that.”
