We’ve known about C/A 23 for a while now, but marketers @properties have been holding out on us in the ol’ rendering department. Well, developer The Brixton Group is finally giving us a look at the steel, glass and limestone facades that make up the twin buildings, which are separated by a courtyard. The development has a total of 48 condos with two to four bedrooms, 1,900 to 4,000 square feet and 11- to 18-foot ceiling heights. FitzGerald Associates designed the buildings, located at 23 N Aberdeen St in the West Loop. Prices range from the $650s to the $750s. Check out the floor plan for a four-bedroom whopper inside.
