Joe Askins of YoChicago.com tours the last available unit at 100 S Sangamon St, an eight-unit condo building in Chicago’s West Loop. Realtor Armando Chacon of Century 21 SGR, who both lives in the building and is marketing this unit, held a client appreciation party and open house for the building in early December 2009 in hopes of generating interest in the unit.
