The scene at 9 W Erie St this morning was organized (or is that “orgonized”?), happy… and as quiet as a church mouse. Figuratively, at least – those jets cause quite a ruckus.
Add Provence Development’s 60-unit tower to the list of buildings that were supposed to break ground this summer but didn’t. Andy Magliochetti of Real Living Helios Realty said in April that at least 18 homes were under contract, enough to meet the lender’s pre-sale requirements and land the project its necessary construction loans. Four months later, the site is still a parking lot.
9 West Erie is slated to have a mix of one- and two-bedroom homes ranging in size from 750 to 1,700 square feet and in price from the $280s to the $600s.
