Developer Mitch Newman’s career in home-building began when he was walking job sites with his father, also a developer. Among his many accomplishments he’s been a medical doctor and artistic director of a theater.
Mitch has a passion for design and detail that he’s followed in the customized condos he’s built in Hyde Park / Kenwood and embellished with one-of-a-kind detailing.
This is the first part of a multi-part look at Newman’s Lake Park Gateway II development in an area that’s seen a ton of new construction and is a few blocks away from President Obama’s Chicago residence.
