Residents at the high-service, full-amenity Streeter Place apartment tower have quick access to Chicago’s glorious lakefront and the 18-mile lakefront trail.
The trail is a magnet for walkers, bikers, joggers and rollerbladers. It affords great views of the skyline and access to beaches, playgrounds, soccer and baseball fields, volleyball nets, tennis courts, harbors and more. There are drinking fountains, washrooms and concession stands along the way.
Streeter Place residents who prefer to exercise closer to home can head for the fully-equipped fitness center and the pool deck.
If a studio apartment is your first choice, Streeter Place has three different plans available with either city or lake views. All of the plans are spacious, ranging in size from 576 to 655 square feet, and all include in-unit washer / dryers, stylish kitchens with ample cabinet and counter space, a walk-in closet and a separate linen closet.
Available studios rent from $1,853 to $2,451 before a limited-time discount of $500 on the first month’s rent. To qualify for the discount, renters must rent within 48 hours of their first visit and begin their lease by September 15, 2014.
Streeter Place is a short walk from Northwestern University’s downtown campus and the Northwestern hospitals. Streeter Place credits its $400 admin fee toward the first month’s rent for Northwestern employees pursuant to its Preferred Employer Program.
