We still can’t help but snicker when we think of living in Wayne Manor, the Edgewater (the developer is calling it “East Andersonville”) condo conversion that shares a name with Batman‘s hideout. It’s a great-looking old building, though, despite lacking (as far as we know) access to any super-cool underground caves. Loukas Development, whose current projects include the new-construction Lakeview Station and Albany Park‘s Sacramento Gardens conversion, is at the helm, and the current renovation will bring new electrical, plumbing, roofing and windows to the circa-1910 building. Its location, at 5619 N Wayne Ave, is near the Lakewood Balmoral and Bryn Mawr Avenue historic districts. The development’s 20 two-bedroom units are priced from the $190s to the $310s.

I’ve seen the units they’re great… really well appointed with all the finishes!
Andre,
Since your IP address traces to the developer of this project, it’s no surprise that you’ve seen the units and think they’re great.
Instead of fooling our readers, you’ve made a fool of yourself.
Snicker.
I will give it one thing. It is a good location. Nice right there. I hope they shovel out the sidewalks to the batcave.
