Remember State Place? The mixed-use development in the 1100 block of South State Street in the South Loop comprises three mid-rises and a 24-story high-rise, totaling 243 residential condos. The project launched in fall 2001 and started delivering in ’05.
State Place’s tower, located at 1101 S State St, is the site of a few resale listings, with ranges of the $170s to $240s for one-bedrooms with 785 to 882 square feet, and the $260s to $740s for two-bedrooms with 1,241 to 1,966 square feet. On a whim I tracked down living room and kitchen pics from four of these listings, just to see what the homes’ current owners have done with their places.
