Branding signage has appeared at Hubbard Place, 360 W Hubbard St in River North, and it invites you to “be amazed” by “extraordinary rental residences.” A stub website has also recently gone live for the project, announcing that “your new life awaits” the development’s October 2013 opening.
Chicago renters have doubtless become a bit jaded lately by the recent introduction of many “extraordinary rental residences,” so it will be interesting to see how Hubbard Place executes on the branding promise. Amazement will not be an easy response to elicit in a market that will see a number of amenity-laden new projects opening in the downtown area next year. That said, Hubbard Place will offer some amazing views of River North and the Loop.
